The nature varies from magnificent, high mountains to endless, white beaches. A rich flora and fauna, vast plantations, wild bush and vibrant cities.
And the food: Anything you can possibly think of (and more), exotic and tasty, with superb South African wine. Everything at a low cost.
Culturally and historically the country is exceptionally unique. 11 official languages should give you an idea of how diverse and exciting a trip through South Africa can be.
There are numerous options to choose from.

Idyllic villages and breathtaking nature all the way through "Garden Route".
Nature reserves, fruit valleys, Blyde River Canyon and God’s Window in the area nearby Kruger National park.
We will be more than happy to take you to the kingdom of Swaziland. An excellent place to buy arts and crafts.

And most of all, the province that has it all: KwaZulu-Natal.
KwaZulu-Natal is the home of the mighty (great?) Zulu-nation. The Zulus are well known for their beautiful artwork and their history of tough warriors. You might have heard about Shaka, the Zulu chief whom was compared to Napoleon for his intricate warfare against the British?

Eastern TransvaalIn KwaZulu-Natal you can experience "The Big Five", elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion and leopard in the numerous game reserves. Crocodiles and hippos, as well as a rich diversity of birds you never would have dreamed of. The warm Indian Ocean with its turquoise waters stretching from Mozambique in north to the Wild Coast in south, Nelson Mandela’s homeland.
We take you to the mighty Drakensberg, the mountain range bordering Lesotho. Mountains as high as 3400 meters, peaks covered in snow. Hiking, horseback riding, golfing and trout fishing. Whatever you don’t find time for today, you can do tomorrow. You are in Africa now – don’t stress!

Johannesburg
Johannesburg was initially a gold mining town. Today the city is the financial capital of the African continent. Soweto just outside Johannesburg is one of the largest black townships.

Cape Town
Cape Town is counted among the most beautiful cities in the world. In the Atlantic Ocean just off the shores of Cape Town you find Robben Island: the prison island where Nelson Mandela spent 27 years of his life. Then there is the popular Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, and in the background: the characteristic Table Mountain.
Cape Town is the start off point for visits to some of the best vineyards, Cape of Good Hope and the scenic Garden Route.

Durban
Zulu DancersDurban is regarded as South Africa’s cultural capital. The city is a melting pot of African, European and Asian cultures. The largest population of Indians outside of India is found here, and you are sure to experience this: markets with all the different spices and tasty treats! Durban also has the largest market of herbal remedies in the world, sold by the local sangomas. And in the middle of all this: modern buildings and the best conference facility in Africa.

Not to be forgotten: the Golden Mile - endless stretch of white sandy beach. The Indian Ocean measure temperatures above 20 degrees Celsius year round, also in the middle of winter.

Safari

An endless range of options.
South Africa is blessed with some of the finest wildlife reserves in Africa:
Kruger National Park in the north-east is the largest park, and is known worldwide to have the highest fauna diversity.
Hluhluwe-Umfolozi in KwaZulu-Natal is especially well known for its work in saving the rhinoceros from extinction. Out of the world’s total population of 6000 rhinos, almost 2000 are found here.

Lion with a killIn the national parks it is possible to drive in your own private car.
However, it is most common to go with an experienced game ranger in an open vehicle.
A "typical" day in the wild:
Up before the first rays of sun sneak over the horizon and out on morning safari enjoying the sunrise, some coffee and tea and biscuits "on the road". Return to camp for a proper brunch and relaxation when the sun is at its hottest. In the afternoon you go on another safari, enjoying your sundowners. It is also quite an experience to go on a guided game walk. The thrill of standing 50 meters from a rhino! Or what about a night drive? A complete different range of animals come out at night, the cats are the most active.
The goal for many people is to see "The Big Five", rhino, buffalo, elephant, lion and leopard. But do not forget the diversity of antelope species, the dazzle of zebras, herds of wildebeest and journeys of giraffe. And the flora and fauna: extremely varied and exciting. The excitement never ends.
