Day 1: Arrival Johannesburg in the morning, and we depart for Lydenburg. Overnight at a guesthouse by the start of the "Panorama Route". (B)

Day 2: After breakfast we start our travel through the "Panorama Route". First stop is Pilgrim’s Rest, an old gold-digger’s town. This route is known for the beautiful waterfalls, Blyde River Canyon (the third largest gorge in the world) and God’s Window. Plenty of adventures ahead! Overnight at a guesthouse in Hazyview. Hazyview is centrally situated 20 km from the Kruger Park, 20 km from the start of the "Panorama Route" and 30 km from Pilgrim's Rest. (B)

Day 3: Up bright and early: 05H00! Depart for morning safari in the Kruger Park. The best time of the day to spot game is in the morning. A full day in the park, before returning to the guesthouse in Hazyview. (B)

Day 4: You leave South Africa for now, and travel through the Kingdom of Swaziland. Recommend a visit to Swaziland Glass Factory, and to stop at local markets along the road. Overnight in the Royal Swazi Valley. (B)

Day 5: Visit to a unique candle-making factory before you continue the trip through Swaziland. After lunch you leave the Kingdom of Swaziland, and re-enter South Africa: this time in Zululand. Stop over in one of the oldest game reserves just on the other side of the border from Swaziland: Pongola Biosphere. The reserve is situated next to Jozini Dam. (B/L/D)

Day 6-7: You continue the journey, and go "hunting" for "The Big Five". Safari in Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Nature Reserve. Overnight in camp inside the reserve. (B/D)

Day 8: Morning safari before you leave the reserve. Today you will get to know the proud Zulu nation. Overnight in an authentic Zulu village, in huts of good standard. Traditional and tasteful food is served. (B/D)

Day 9-10: Arrival Durban. There are numerous opportunities: a walk along the tropical beaches, swim in the Indian Ocean, or shopping at one of the many colorful markets. Accommodation on the beachfront. (B)

Day 11-12: Morning at own leisure, before we depart for the Drakensberg. Plenty of opportunities: hiking, golfing, riding, helicopter trips, art and cultural experiences. (B)

Day 13: Departure for Johannesburg and Norway.
