Day trip to Mozambique`s main capital Maputo. Safari-experience in the Kruger National Park, a park larger than England. Admire the third largest gorge in the world, and an authentic gold-digger's town. Johannesburg and Soweto tour at the end.

Day 1 |
Arrival in the” City of gold”; Johannesburg. Overnight in the Sandton – suburb area. Johannesburg is the world’s greenest city, and one of the few metropolitan cities that is not viewable from space because of all the trees. (B) |
Day 2 - 3 |
The next morning you will drive south to Lesotho and Maliba lodge. Plenty of opportunities: hiking, golfing, riding, helicopter trips, art and cultural experiences. Wild, beautiful and untouched Africa! Choose between 5 star lodges or 3 star self catering chalets. (B) |
Day 4 |
Today you will be travelling to Zululand. Overnight by authentic Zulu village. Experience the mystery and the magic while you relive the days of Shaka, the Zulu King. On the way, we recommend you to stop in Eshowe. In this place, you can find exciting Norwegian history. It was here that bishop Schoder was the first white man amongst the Zulus. The museum is fantastic and we can arrange a tour where you will receive information and stories about the Zulu culture and history. (B/D) |
Day 5 - 7 |
St. Lucia, a small fishing village located in an UNESCO World Heritage Site, Isimangaliso Wetland Park. One of the world`s most important wetland areas with a wide variation of nature and wildlife. We recommend a boat cruise, where you can see hippos, crocodiles and sharks! Also, go on a safari and end up in a paradise: Cape Vidal! St. Lucia is the place to be for outdoor activities! It is right here where most of our guests have seen the leopard walking around… (B) |
Day 8 |
Visit a unique candle-making factory before you continue the trip through the Kingdom of Swaziland. Overnight in the Royal Valley. (B) |
Day 9 |
Guided day trip, the short way over to the Mozambique border, and main capital Maputo, an African city filled with life. Walk through colourful markets, enjoy fresh scampi for lunch and listen to the beat of live music. Mozambique is an exciting country. Great nature, towns inspired by the Portuguese, fish and shellfish cuisine included. Return to Swaziland. (B) |
Day 10 - 12 |
Depart for safari in the Kruger Park. The best time of the day to spot game is in the morning. Overnight by a private lodge in the southern and most popular part of Kruger, with the highest concentration of animals. (B/L/D + safaris) |
Day 13 -14 |
Today you travel through the "Panorama Route". First stop is Pilgrim's Rest, an old gold-digger's town. This route is known for the beautiful waterfalls, Blyde River Canyon (the third largest gorge in the world) and God's Window. Plenty of adventures ahead! Overnight at a guesthouse in Hazyview. Hazyview is centrally situated 20 km from the Kruger Park, 20 km from the start of the "Panorama Route" and 30 km from Pilgrim's Rest. (B) |
Day 15 |
You travel back to Johannesburg and the suburb Sandton. Soweto tour, the largest township in South Africa with 2 million inhabitants. Lunch in one of the shebeens, African pub. Overnight in Sandton. (B) |

Flight home from Johannesburg to Norway. |
