Malawi Located in the heart of central Southern Africa, offering true and memorable African experience. Malawi is one of the best countries in Africa to meet rural communities where people are just friendly and natural. The country is known as "the warm heart of Africa". Almost everyone speaks English, the roads are good and the attractions are not far apart. Travel by rental car (left-hand drive) or get everything arranged with a private guide.

Malawi Geography is shaped by Africa's Great Rift Valley: high mountains, lush and fertile valley floor, and the vast crystal clear lake, Lake Malawi, the third largest lake in Africa. Explore the endless turquoise waters of tropical fish, gorgeous golden beaches and magnificent sunsets. Fill your days with kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, water skiing or a quiet boat cruise while feeding the osprey. At least two nights on beautiful Mumbo Island is highly recommended.

Mount Muljane is one of the world's highest freestanding cliffs over 3000 meters. The name means "the island in the sky". Mount Mulanje has deep gorges with spectacular waterfalls. Nearby are Malawi tea properties which are well worth a visit.

Liwonde National Park is Malawi's premier safari destination. Here you will find a varied landscape with swamps, forests, open grasslands, palm trees and huge baobab trees. The mighty Shire River flows from Lake Malawi to the Zambezi River in Mozambique. Combine with safari in Zambia. A few hours from Malawi we find one of the best wildlife reserves in Africa that have not yet been fully explored - South Luangwa National Park in Zambia.
