FROM KAPP TO KALAHARI
This is something for the discerning adventurer. Accommodation by the cliffs on Cape Town's best beach with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean followed by spectacular safaris at Tswalu north-west in South Africa, in the green part of the Kalahari.
DAY 1: ARRIVAL CAPE TOWN
The journey starts in Cape Town. The hotel we have chosen, The Twelve Apostles, is located on the cliffs at Cape Tow's best beach and fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Did you know that Cape Town is one of the most visited resorts in the world? Some say it is the most beautiful in the world as well. With Table Mountain as a backdrop, the city lies there as "a piece of Europe in Africa".
DAY 2 CAPE TOWN
DAY 3 AND XNUM: CAPE TOWN
Explore some of what Cape Town and the surrounding area has to offer. Wine tasting, Cape of Good Hope, Table Mountain, Robben Island and maybe some museums or a bit of relaxation on one of the beautiful beaches. The experiences are many in Cape Town.
DAY 5: TSWALU
Today you travel on to Tswalu, in Khalahari. You travel by private plane from Cape Town straight to the Kalahari Desert. Here are fantastic animal experiences for the very discerning. Tswalu is located in northern South Africa and is home to 260 bird species and a number of unique species such as: pangolin, ardwaark, bat-eared fox, brown hyena and aardwolf. This part of the desert is called the "green" Khalahari and offers one of the world's most diverse and unique ecosystems. The Tswalu Kalahari is also South Africa's largest game reserve.
DAY 6-8: SAFARI
Kalahari offers a different safari experience that exceeds all expectations! You choose how you want to spend the day with their butler and safari guides. Participate in a picnic in the bush, greet the meerkats in the early morning, go in search of the rare animals aardvark and pangolin, experience the wildlife and landscape from the horseback, sleep outside under the spectacular starry sky, relax by the pool or at the lodge's spa, enjoy fantastic five-course meals meals with South Africa's best wines and experience some of the world's oldest stone paintings.
DAY 9: DEPARTURE
Every adventure has an end. It's time to go home and we welcome you back for the next opportunity.
