The journey begins in beautiful Cape Town, one of the most popular holiday resorts in the world. Here you can experience wine tasting, Cape of Good Hope, Table Mountain, Robben Island and much more. With the world's most luxurious train, Rovos Rail, you travel "back in time" in five-star luxury.

Enjoy the African landscape at a pace. The journey ends with a safari in the Kruger National Park.

DAY 1: CAPE TOWN

Arrive at Cape Town where you will be picked up and taken to the hotel. Accommodation at the V&A Waterfront at a five star hotel. Dinner at one of the many seafood restaurants at the V&A Waterfront is definitely recommended. Arriving in time, we recommend taking the cable car up to Cape Town's Landmark Table Mountain and enjoying the sunset over the Mother City and down to the Cape of Good Hope. A perfect start to your holiday!

DAY 2 AND XNUM: CAPE TOWN

During our stay in Cape Town we propose two days with our own guide and transport. You choose for yourself what you want to do. We suggest day excursion with beautiful nature experiences to the Cape of Good Hope where you among other things visit the famous Cape penguins, or day trip to the wine district outside Cape Town. Here we find many famous vineyards and some of the best restaurants in South Africa.

DAY 4: ROVOS RAIL

You travel "back in time" as you enter the exclusive train Rovos Rail. This is not just a train journey, but an experience from a bygone era. The 1 600 km long route to Pretoria follows an ancient pioneer trail through the African landscape. You drive through vineyards, climb the River Valley and stop in the historic village of Matjiesfontein.

DAY 5: ROVOS RAIL

You drive through the desert Karoo to the mining town of Kimberley, known as the diamond town. Here you have found the world's largest diamond. Lunch at the historic Kimberley club, before heading to the city center and "The Big Hole" - the world's largest excavation.

DAY 6: PRETORIA

You arrive at Rovo's train station in Pretoria. Accommodation at great Castello di Monte or The Residence. Pretoria is known as Jacaranda City and when the Jacaranda blooms in October, the whole city is covered in a purple carpet. The impressive Union Building is considered to be among the premier architectural masterpieces in South Africa. Here Nelson Mandela was appointed president 10. May 1994.

DAY 7: SABI SANDS / KRUGER

You fly from Johannesburg and into Sabi Sands in the private part of Kruger, one of the best wildlife reserves in South Africa. Accommodation in five star lodge. Here you go in search of the "unattainable Big Five": elephant, lion, rhino, buffalo and leopard. Fantastic animal experiences are guaranteed, among other things, there are good opportunities to see the cloud leopard in this area.

DAY 8 AND NUMBER - SAFARI

A typical day in the wildlife reserve starts early. The morning sun creates beautiful light and atmosphere in the bush, and there are good chances of seeing animals at this time of day. Afterwards healthy and good "brunch" awaits at the lodge, followed by relaxation at the pool. In the afternoon you go out again on safari. The day ends with dinner under the African starry sky.

DAY 10: DEPARTURE

After the last morning safari and breakfast you will return to Johannesburg and return home.
